The new One Space
Your own place, with full kitchen and comfortable bathroom. But there is more. Because in One Space you really have everything under one roof. Flex spaces, a gym, laundry room, game room, a large lobby and a communal roof terrace. So whatever your day looks like, it's all possible in OneSpace.
The App
The residents of One Space have access to the One Space app, realized by Zig Real Estate. In this app, all residents have all information at their fingertips.In addition to using all the functionalities in the app, residents can already use a few services and services, such as washing in the Miele Laundry Boutique and sharing a car or bike through We Drive Solar.


What a cool building! And how cool it seems to me to be a part of this.
Yes, thank you very much. We are really still in the final stages of completion, but I am already very proud of how everything looks. In the past few days, the first residents have already moved in and are already eagerly using all the facilities.
How did you end up here?
I have a facilities background and worked at Rabobank, among other places. Via-via I came into contact with a number of people and they quickly saw that the "human" aspect suited me very well. I didn't even have to think twice when I was asked to do this.
Community manager within One Space. What will you do?
After all the dust has settled and everyone has found their place and is settled, my first task will be to give more visibility to myself. Who am I, what do I do within One Space and what can the residents use me for. And most importantly, what can they expect from me? Through the One Space app, which the residents can download from now on, I already have a "digital" face where my contact information is listed, when I am present and the residents can find information about me here. And of course, my duties include service work and the community manager duties that go with it.
Surely one of the focuses of the community manager is building a community within One Space. Connecting people is really something that suits me. I am a real people person. I organize all kinds of events. Here you can think of watching soccer together in our common room with a snack and a drink, playing sports together, gaming. You name it. The cool thing about this is that it can all be done in this building. We don't have to go anywhere to make it happen.
The One Space App - How will it contribute to the success of One Space?
Besides the fact that the residents can arrange all kinds of relevant things through the app, they can also send me a message directly through the app using the chat functionality. So basically, I am directly connected with the residents.
Through the app, all events will also be available, allowing everyone to easily and quickly indicate their attendance. So a resident can very easily indicate whether or not he will attend the BBQ or sports, for example. What is also nice is that if there are things going on within the building - the elevator is broken or other things that are important - I can easily send a notification to the residents. They then get those notifications on their phones.

How will you spread the word about this app?
All residents have had a nice announcement of the One Space app with the explanation and the benefits it all has to offer. One of my tasks is to make sure that the residents actually start using it so. Everyone, as you can see, is now busy moving and setting up their studios. After that's all over, I'll be around the corner. I also have a job to do for the adoption of the app. But look here by the elevator, for example, there's a nice narrow casting TV screen here. I can show all kinds of things on it, including the app. My goal is to get everyone in the app / community. I will succeed!
What makes a community a strong community?
I think understanding. I think a lot of people are different. I want to create an atmosphere of safety, harmony and sociability with each other. There is already far too much hassle in the world and on the streets. Just say good morning to each other, have a chat with each other. That already makes life a little nicer. I want to be part of that.
As far as you can tell right now, what is the big advantage of the Real Estate Platform?
Besides the fact that the app is obviously ideal for (low-level) communication, it's convenient that I have everything together in one system. And not just me. Others, such as the leasing party/real estate manager or perhaps the contractor, also work together in one system. So all parties can access the same information and the status of certain things, such as a repair, for example, is clear to everyone.
What will give you the most satisfaction later?
What I said, I'm going to be doing a lot of organizing and driving in the coming period. But how nice would it be if soon I don't have to do that or do it less? If people started organizing things themselves. That I look around the corner at the communal kitchen and suddenly a cooking evening is organized. I will certainly still be needed within OneSpace, but at least then my mission will have been accomplished!
