During this session, we will tell you more about Zig Real Estate's solution, which enables optimal service at every stage of the customer journey of (prospective) tenants. We dwell on the entire process: from leasing to contract signing to renting. We also provide insight into new technologies and services that help increase customer satisfaction. Sydney Brouwer and ASR - The digital transition and its effect on culture and behavior
During this session, we talk with Sydney Brouwer and Wouter Schuil about the digital transition. Many organizations are currently working on this, often driven by the desire for a more efficient way of working and higher customer appreciation. The solution is often sought in the deployment of a new system, but is this really the solution? We ask Sydney Brouwer for his vision on the change process surrounding the digital transition and hear how not only work processes, but also employee behavior play a role. We also ask ASR, which manages a fund of approximately 5,000 homes in the Netherlands, with what motivation they entered the digital transition, what results they envision and how they plan to achieve these results.
